Returns Policy

As a Uniform Hero Customer, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund or exchange for your order upon returning the items to our warehouse unworn. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt.

We will not be able to process your return in the following cases:

• incorrect sizing purchases, where the customer has failed to check product size charts;
• change of mind;
• incorrect design supplied by customer;

In the rare scenario where a defective item is received, if notified within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the defect, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer.
