Can I design my uniform online?

Yes. Our design hub lets you select garment colours, add text, upload logos, choose artwork, add names and numbers, and preview the design before adding it to your cart.

Yes. Use the contact form or request a quote with a short description of what you need, the approximate quantity, any logo files, and your deadline. Our customer service team will help you choose suitable products and print methods.

Can I request a quote before ordering?

Yes. Open the quote request form to send your name, email, phone number, approximate item count, what the items are for, when you need them, a message, and optional logo or design files. You can also ask for a call back.

Can I order a single item?

Yes for classic stocked items with digital print there is no minimum order. Sublimation and embroidery orders have a 5 piece minimum per product type unless the order is a reorder of a previous design.

Can I order blank products without print?

Yes. If a product is available to order blank, you can add blank items to the cart without using the design steps. Blank item availability depends on the product.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes. Reorders are supported from existing designs and can avoid first-time setup fees on previously embroidered logos. For sublimation and embroidery, the 5 piece minimum does not apply to eligible reorders.

What can I add in the design hub?

You can add uploaded logos, text, artwork from our art options, team names, player numbers and product-specific print placements such as front, back, sleeves, legs or cap panels where available.

What logo file types can I upload?

The design hub accepts JPG, PNG, SVG, AI, PDF, EPS, PS and WEBP files. Files must be under 5MB. For best results, upload a large PNG with a transparent background or a vector file such as SVG, AI, PDF or EPS.

What happens after I upload a logo?

Your logo is uploaded and processed so you can preview usable versions in the design hub. Where available, you can use original, transparent or single-colour processed versions.

Will you check my artwork before printing?

Yes. Artwork review and artwork setup are included. If an uploaded image is too low quality, unsuitable, or needs significant changes, our team may contact you for a better file or approval before production continues.

Will you fix spelling mistakes in names or numbers?

Please check names, numbers and custom text carefully before checkout. We print the text supplied during ordering. If we print something differently from what you supplied, we will correct it.

Can I upload a team roster?

Yes. On the team details step you can upload a CSV, XLS or XLSX file with player names, numbers and sizes. The importer detects common column headings and lets you confirm the mapping before importing.

What should my team roster file include?

Include columns for any required names, numbers and selected product sizes. Example columns are Name, Number and Top Size. Size values should match available product sizes, such as Mens L, Womens M or Youth 12.

Can I add different names and numbers to each item?

Yes. If your design includes name or number elements, the team details step will ask for the required details for each team member.

Can I use my own logo or copyrighted artwork?

How do I choose the correct size?

The best method is to measure an existing item that fits well and compare it with the size chart for the product. For tops, lay the garment flat and measure the half chest about 5cm below the armpit. For bottoms, measure the half waist.

Size charts are shown on product pages and during the design process. Available sizes can change by product, colour and gender.

Do sizes vary between products?

Yes. Sizes are supplied by each garment manufacturer and may vary between styles. Garments can also vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances, so always check the specific product size chart.

Can I mix mens, womens and youth sizes?

Yes where those gender options are available for the selected product colour. The team details step only shows sizes that are available for the selected product and colour.

Yes. You can add multiple team members or line items and select the size for each selected product type.

Will the colours look exactly like my screen?

We make every effort to represent colours accurately, but screens display colours differently. Product, fabric and print colours may vary slightly from what you see on your device.

What is digital heat transfer printing?

Digital heat transfer applies your design to the garment with an industrial heat press. It is ideal for logos, names, numbers and smaller designs on classic stocked garments.

Sublimation embeds ink into polyester fabric fibres, making it ideal for fully custom all-over designs with vibrant colours. Sublimation is used on suitable polyester products and has a 5 piece minimum for first orders.
