Custom uniforms are made to order, so delivery timing is best understood in two parts: production time and freight time. This page explains what affects each stage and how to keep your order moving.
Sublimation Timing
Sublimated uniforms have 20 business days production because the garment fabric is printed and then sewn with your design.

How Delivery Timing Works
Custom uniform orders include production time and freight time. Production is the time required to prepare artwork, print, embroider or manufacture your order. Freight time starts after dispatch.
- Production starts after payment is received and order details are ready.
- Artwork questions, missing logos or approval delays can affect timing.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Before Production Starts
Our team checks order details before production so avoidable errors can be caught early.
- Check names, numbers, sizing, garment colours and quantities before checkout.
- Upload the best logo or artwork file you have.
- Respond quickly if our team contacts you about artwork or order details.
After Dispatch
Once your order is dispatched, freight timing depends on the shipping option, delivery address and carrier network conditions.
- Tracking details are provided when available.
- Regional and remote addresses can take longer than metro addresses.
- Authority to Leave may apply unless you request otherwise.
Urgent Orders
If you have an event date, tell us before ordering or include it in your order notes so we can confirm the most suitable path.
